On 20 December 2019, at 10:26 AM Friday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), a redemption event occurred for various USD, NZD and AUD rewards.

On 20 December 2019, at 11:14 PM PM Friday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), the issue was resolved by an update that allowed the codes to successfully display. Services were fully restored and operational. Monitoring continued for a 84 hour period.

On 23 December 2019, at 3:08 PM Monday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), a redemption event occurred for various USD, NZD and AUD rewards.

On 23 December 2019, at 10:57 PM Friday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), the issue was resolved by an update that allowed the codes to successfully display. Services were fully restored and operational. Monitoring continued for a 48 hour period.
