Scheduled - As we approach our busiest selling season, we’re proactively increasing our platform capacity to ensure we continue to deliver a reliable, secure, and high-performing experience for our customers.

As part of our routine seasonal preparation, we will temporarily scale our database infrastructure to accommodate increased Q4 traffic and demand. This planned capacity increase will remain in place through the peak season before we return to our standard configuration.

The maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, from 1:00 AM–4:00 AM ET, an off-peak window selected to minimize customer impact. We expect minimal to no service interruption during this maintenance window.
These upgrades are part of our ongoing commitment to platform resilience and operational readiness. Changes are carefully planned, backed up, monitored, and performed during a scheduled maintenance window.
