Service Disruption Several Platforms
Resolved - Since resolution at 12:07PM (GMT-5), all systems at Virtual Incentives have operated without any issues. We are actively monitoring their status and can confirm that all upstream parties have fully recovered. We remain vigilant in monitoring both internal and external systems going forward.

Update - At 12:07PM (GMT-5), all Virtual Incentives systems are functioning without issue. However, due to the incident's global impact, some downstream parties are encountering platform outages. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure stability and successful order fulfillment.

Monitoring - As of 10:12AM (GMT-5), service has been restored to the API, VI Now, and Cardholder Sites. We are actively monitoring the platform to ensure stability and are continuing to restore additional services.

Investigating - As you may be aware, today, Friday 19th July 2024, a mass Microsoft outage impacted multiple technology platforms across the globe. This incident is being attributed to a Crowdstrike update following a patch release.

The service disruption impacted several of our platforms including API, VI Now, and Cardholder Sites. The VI team is working with our technology partners to restore full service and to resolve any downstream impact as quickly as possible.
