On 16 September 2019, at 2:30 PM Monday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), Cardholder lost connection during a scheduled release. Recipients would not have been able to access their cardholder account at that time.
The issue was resolved by re-publishing & re-releasing . Services were fully restored and operational on 16 September 2019, at 2:50 PM Monday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
