On 12 August 2019, at 2:20 PM Monday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), Cardholder lost connection during a scheduled release due to a package conflict.

The issue was resolved by unifying package versions and re-releasing. Services were fully restored and operational on 12 August 2019, at 2:39 PM Monday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
