Investigating
As you may be aware, today, Friday 19th July 2024, a mass Microsoft outage impacted multiple technology platforms across the globe. This incident is being attributed to a Crowdstrike update following a patch release.

The service disruption impacted several of our platforms including API, VI Now, and Cardholder Sites. The VI team is working with our technology partners to restore full service and to resolve any downstream impact as quickly as possible.

This incident affected: Global eGiftcard API, Recipient Platform, VI Now Client Portal, Rest API, Batch API, and Visa and Mastercard IVR.
