On 25 November 2019, at 6:00 AM Thursday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), an update to brand partner Zalando caused an error in the Zolando.nl redemption process.

The issue was resolved by updating the brand asset. Services were fully restored and operational on 26 November 2019, at 6:29 AM Friday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
